Start by cutting off the thin bracket on the speaker with a dremmel or razor saw. Fit the speaker under the weight, one of the weight screws is under the 8 pin socket. The decoder needs to be placed towards the back of the tender to make sure it doesn't get in the way of the coal bunker. Find the sound decoder and speaker here.
